haven't gotten around to putting the bass drum together so for right now i'm just assuming all the parts are there. everything else i have inspected and was very happy. just wanted to write the review before to long because it may take another week or so for me to get aorund to putting the kick together, but it all seems in order. beautiful set and brand new heads included. nice buy.

Great kit, arrived damaged, reported to amazon but have had no response

The kit is great - what we wanted, what we ordered, good quality. My concern is not with the kit, but the condition it arrive in and the follow-up service.
One of the brackets on one of the small toms is irreparably bent, thus rendering one tom completely unusable. As soon as we realized this, I contacted Amazon who informed me they would have to refer the matter to 'large item sales' or something to that effect. I was told it would take approximately five business days to hear back. That was in November. This leaves me regretting that I did not order this product through another company who would have handled the customer service end much better. The kit is great, but order from someone else.
